THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. IS IT COMING BACK?
House Twenty Two focuses on micro-collections, although we will have running pieces, some of our styles are limited edition and will not be returning in the future.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However feel free to email Customer Service at info@housetwentytwo.com and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your change. Changes will be accommodated only for orders if the wrong style, wrong color, or wrong size was placed.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Most orders shipped within the United States can be returned within 7 days of receipt.please email info@housetwentytwo.com for your return form.
IS IT 100% SILK?
Yes, all of our pieces are 100% Turkish silk.
HOW DO YOU WASH AND TAKE CARE OF SILK?
Our pieces are dry clean only, that is what we recommend to maintain and properly care for silk. Please hang or store your items in reverse as to avoid other garments from snagging the fabric.
